Apply a dime-sized amount to the afflicted area as needed.

    This is the 3rd time I have purchased this item and it wont be the last. I have chronic knee and back pain and with this I have to take pain medication maybe once a month as opposed to daily before I started this regimine.

    We really enjoy the product but the shipping and customer service is terrible. Took a long time to get our cream. When we would call all we were told was you were having a labor problem and would ship soon. Not what we were told when we ordered it. I may need to look at other providers.
